School Links was developed by trusted professionals in Essex County who recognized a need within the system to provide additional support to Essex County schools when addressing the needs of their students.
School Links serves as a resource for schools when they feel they have exhausted their existing options and need help identifying what else may be available. It creates a pathway for schools to reach out, ask questions, connect with community resources, and explore whether there are additional supports or services that can help meet a student’s needs.
The goal of School Links is to help schools connect the dots, identify additional resources, and strengthen the support system surrounding students and families.
