What we do/Who we are:

The Home-Based Crisis Intervention Program’s goal is to support children and adolescents struggling with ongoing crisis behaviors, mental health, and behavioral health concerns. The program ensures the youth and their families/caregivers have options and access to resources to assist in addressing needs and developing skills to avoid hospitalization, police involvement, and maintain in-community/in home placement whenever appropriate and possible.
