Who we are:
The Autism Alliance of Northeastern NY is a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering autistic individuals and their families throughout Clinton, Essex, and Franklin Counties. Our mission is to provide connection, resources, inclusive opportunities, and advocacy while helping to create a more understanding and inclusive community for people of all ages across the autism spectrum.
What we do:
The Autism Alliance provides resources, support, connection, and opportunities for autistic individuals and their families. Our work includes hosting free and inclusive family and community events throughout the year, providing individual and family grants and college scholarships, connecting families with local and statewide resources and services, offering educational and awareness opportunities, and partnering with schools, businesses, law enforcement, and community organizations to promote greater autism acceptance and inclusion. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to making sure autistic individuals and their families in our region feel supported, connected, included, and valued in their communities.
