Is a referral needed?
A referral form is not needed, but we have a referral packet that will be required to be completed when registering for services. Also, a referral source should obtain a Release of Information between the referral and Essex County Mental Health. Without a signed Release of Information in place, ECMH is unable to provide feedback on the referral’s follow-through.
